Invalid Item Code on Mog Station

I purchased the Emerald Carbuncle plushie, which came in the mail today. I tried to input the included 20-digit code into Mog Station for the bonus Carbuncle Minion (through Mog Station>Your Account>Enter Item Code), but it tells me the code is invalid. I'd appreciate any help provided -- thank you!

Unfortunately, the in-game item codes attached to the Carbuncle plushies expired on December 31st, 2017.

Bummer! Ah well, thanks anyway If only I hadn't waited till after the new year to buy it. Well, I've still got my plushie, so that's okay. Thanks again!
