My Ps4 pro is also noisy a lot when playing ffxiv in 1080p mode, however i have almost the exact same TV as you but the smaller size.
My TV is LG 43UJ634V.
I will take my ps4 pro tommorow and try playing it on the my 1080p 50 inch thomson, so i will see how it will affect the console.
Btw changing the Video output from auto to 1080p in the console settings have lowered the noise and temp i believe. Still need to test it on other tv.

Go into the console settings > system > turbo and if you have it on, turn it off. I found it to increase the console noise for that game, and turned of.

edit: i tired with new cables http://amzn.eu/dktN4Oc and this one http://amzn.eu/iqxZ3iw that seems to work just a little bit better...
edit: i returned the tv and now i have a sony bravia XE70 55'', it seems a little better, but no big steps forward....still the same juddering...and this tv is the last i will ever try...if the problem will not be fixed, i will stick with it, even if this problem gives me vertigo....i do hope devs do something for this problem, even as i see around i am the only one who has it...
