Let them select the house they want to keep and return all items to the npc that lets you get furniture back when your house is reclaimed for the house they (SHOULD) lose.

There wouldn't be enough inventory available for those people. It's not going to happen - see here.


You guys are prematurely celebrating and getting excited about the wrong things. Again: If you do not have a house before 4.2, you are not getting anything more than table scraps. All FCs and anyone with a personal house (including alts) can relocate 1 hour after servers go live on Feb 6th. People that do not have a house already will have to wait until some undisclosed time beyond that, which may entail camping the placard for an entire day like we did Christmas day 2015. And still not getting anything.

Clearly you’re missing my point. My point isn’t that it is happening, it’s that it should happen. My fc already has a house, this doesn’t effect me at all and I have no horse in this race. But I am sympathetic to the people that don’t and believe the one house rule should be retroactively applied as well. As far as them not having the space or being unable to hold all their reclaimed items, too bad?

So because these people played by the rules they should get screwed over? In many cases people with multiple houses are neither hoarders or flippers. These people in most cases use these houses on multiple characters and have different themes for different houses. The argument that SE does not expect alternate characters to be relevant or have the same privileges as the main character is a silly argument....the have a a price structure that allows you to pay a sub that lets you have up to eight characters.

So many of you have no clue and can't see past your own salt and spite. Yes the housing system is not optimal, no you should not punish those legitimate players playing by the rules.

All of this reminds me of what is going on in Israel and Palestine....that is working out great isn't it...
