FC housing and alt characters question

So if have a Alt on another server and your main on another only one can own a private house. If your main belongs to a fc does that mean your alt can't own a fc house on another server or a private house?. So does that mean there going to steal away housing from your alts and not repay you for your losses?.

This only accounts for alts on the SAME server.

I have 8 characters on Gilgamesh. Only ONE of these characters may own a personal house. And only ONE of these characters may own an FC with a house.

I have at least one character on 7 other servers. These rules would allow me to have my Main on Gilgamesh own a house and FC but none of the alts on Gilgamesh. But one of my alts on Balmung can still have ONE personal house and ONE FC house even if I have my main on Gilgamesh also has reached the specified limit. It is limited BY SERVER, so if your alts do not share a server you have nothing to worry about.
