It doesn't have any reflection on them as a person whatsoever. All it does is make it easier for people to absolve themselves of guilt for hating/envying others. "Oh they're bad people anyway, it's okay to take things away from them" even though it won't fix anything.

If you step back and read enough posts, it becomes pretty clear that certain people don't care nearly as much about making Square fix the problem as they do about punishing the people they're convinced have slighted them. Whether that's because deep down they know Square can't/won't ever fix this mess or because it's just easier to elicit a response from individuals vs a company is beyond me.
