Here are my questions:

1) Is it possible to buy a house for an FC that does not have one, if you already own two personals on the same realm?

2) Can a character who already has their two house limit even be in an FC with housing? This is probably a really stupid question, but...

3) Finally, if the answer to questions 1&2 is YES, what the hell happens if the FC leader goes inactive and leadership transfers to someone already at their housing cap? Can lead be transferred to someone who is at the cap?

My apologies if these seem like utterly ridiculous questions, but given how FCs work I do wonder if it is possible to work around the cap if one just patiently inherits a bunch of FCs with housing on the same server. Either this is possible, or SE has set up some way to restrict this, either if it's by limiting membership at all, or limiting inheritance/passing leadership. This is assuming FC leadership even matters. I hope we get more information before the patch.
