Definitely a big fan of the restrictions, but I'd be a bigger fan if I knew they were thinking hard about how to address the personal housing conundrum on the back of this. I've felt for a while that neighborhoods should belong to FCs and Apartments should be massively expanded to accommodate players, and I'd happily relinquish my personal house of a few years in favor of a system that granted some permanence like that without the currently-existing and strict limitations of the apartment system. Still, even a temporary restriction is a positive step. My FC's had their house for a few years as well, so for me this is all about not wanting to see ghost town wards bought by players who don't log in and never decorate while FCs are left in the dark due to login roulette.
