Well we'll see, but that slide was only talking about plot purchasing (which is by far the easiest thing for them to do, check at point of purchase if person is eligible or not).

Reasons I don't think they'll touch existing people:

• Compensation - We already have inflation issues, do they really want to inject more money into the system? And how much for what? How do you compensate for time/effort? Plot price is easy (100%...), time/effort acquiring furniture not so much.
• They'd have to build a system/way for players to select which house/fc house to keep or build in something to compensate people when they relinquish (which wouldn't necessarily work for FC as they'd just transfer ownership).
• Public relations - Although I'm sure the players with multiple houses are in the minority, it still doesn't look good for SE if there's news about taking things away from players who worked hard on them and broke no rules (I'm especially thinking of those people on Mateus!)
• Storage - How does a player with multiple houses even store all the items that they've acquired? Especially since they added in housing storage which itself is holding even more items. Players would be forced to discard items due to the binded nature of them.

It just seems to me one heck of a lot less work/effort to just leave it be and overtime they'll naturally come back into the system.

Indeed, on my main i hold a medium house fully decorated, and on my first alt a mansion which had even more effort put into decorating. So now i have a choice give up the mansion or leave my main character homeless....... That is if i even get to choose

I sincerely hope so that they wont touch existing house owners and just impliment them for new to buy housing

They can't do that without creating 'super users' who are now immune to the rules that the rest of the population are bound to and they can never own multiple houses like those users. It would be a PR nightmare. All they need to do is let alts TP to your main's house and use the facilities.

You dont need to create super users, you just put the rules into effect when people buy a house or want to join an fc with an alt. They could leave existing house owners and people in fc's alone

Anyone grandfathered in to be immune to the rules that are being implemented is by default some kind of 'super user'. They own multiple houses in a game where the rules now say you can't do that, and noone else will *ever* be able to be like them ever no matter what circumstances. Sounds like a special player to me.

Well said before, what if the legally small 4 man fc (no alts) that owns a house suddenly loses a member? That would make it a 3 man fc would they take away the house despite them not being allowed to own one under the rules?

There are already "Super Users" running around. Early in ARR they removed a bug where you could add alts to your friend list, so these "Super Users" can mail items to their alts.

That's not so much "super" in my opinion. Maybe little less annoying in order to carry items to your alt but there still another ways to do that. So they don't have more possibilities than another players just because they can send 4 mails to alts at once. Having more house it's another story.

That would be awesome and I really looking forward to see change like that. Adding a flowerpot that have two places can solve some problems.

And the 4 man limitation is a joke, people would just park 4 unused alts in there, and what will they do if one person leaves the fc and there is only 3 left. Take away there house?
