Do you guys think they will retroactively remove houses from people who already horded multiple ones on their accounts?

Of course, do you realize there are accounts with 3-16 houses?

God I hope this is the case. That one couple on Mateus is up to 30 houses :/

Im not defending them, but typically you don't implement rules/laws retroactively. At the time they were breaking no rules. It would be odd to punish them for doing something they had every right to do back then. If so you can imagine a lot of fighting on the forums from housing owners.

SE just has to bite the bullet on it. On mateus 1 person owns an entire ward of houses.

I hope they do retroactively enforce it. It doesn't seem fair to the owner(s) yes, but this is a limit that should've been there since day 1.

OTL Would be nice if alt characters were able to be added to the main characters residency list for private houses. I assume this wasn't said at all though.
Question though, does the one house per account, include apartments too?

If they don't add it I assume they consider that your alts can make do with appartments

I'd assume so... don't think they mentioned apartments at all though seems unnecessary to restrict them though
