I believe I read somewhere (i'd have to dig through the dev tracker and am at work right now) that the gobbue mount would be intentionaly not a combat mount. Effectively reducing it to a "Trophy" for us pre-2.0 players to tote around.

Okay I know people will probably cry that their bonus isn't combat-worthy but I do prefer it that way
