FFXIV housing problem Fix

I have some idea's that might fix the housing problem without having to add more wards or plots:

(1) Add more options when buying a room:
- Small room: Equals 1 floor of a cottage house (no floors). Prize: 300.000 gil
- Medium room: Equals a cottage house in size (no floors). Prize 1 mil gil
- Large room: Equals a medium house in size (no floors!). Prize 7 mil gil

(2) Link the appartment system to the private FC house system so when you have a room (doesn't matter where you bought it) and you leave an fc, you should still be able to access it through the appartments (so no loss of money!).

(3) Large houses can no longer be bought for private use, and medium houses can only be bought for private use if shared with at least 1 tenant, otherwise you lose that house after 30 days.

Money wise people will feel the benefit of owning a room instead of a house, so the benefits that you pay extra for (workshop, garden, nicer interior) will become more suited for FC use.

I believe these idea's might decrease the demand for housing, giving FC's a descent chance to function properly and for everyone to find a living place without having to wait months and hope a patch will deliver them salvation. Please tell me what you think, your opinion matters a lot. I love SE and I love this community so I hope I can contribute with ideas like these. And I believe internal FC activity might increase if more players are buying rooms inside of the FC houses. (Also when you leave your room when in an FC, you should always exit through the FC house interior like you allready do right now). And to clarify cuss I couldn't add it in my first text due to it being too long... you can also buy a room through the appartment complex in the same way as you would buy it in an FC house.

You know what, when you go in a house, all of it is instanced anyway so it doesn't matter if there are floors or not. It's really just a bigger box than an apartment. But anyway, I would like an apartment that's bigger than just a room and can be owned by an FC, with company workshop and all that. It may as well be a penthouse. And if we can fully garden indoors and use striking dummies, that would be nice, too. But there's a reason we're stuck to the ward system and that I believe SE considers houses and content locked behind them to be quota services. Meaning there's a quota on how many can access them. Think of it as we all pay for the same rate for the buffet. Bread, pasta, drinks won't run out but they'll only serve one tray of lobsters for everyone to share because it's too expensive to make enough for everyone. So that's that. The solution to the problem is go somewhere else for the lobster. Dining shouldn't be a stressful experience.

It would have been better if SE made a few appartments facing eachother.. the bigger ones having a balcony, the small ones none... And just share one big garden with a market place in the middle. SE could still add a nice enviroment but the load would be faster and they easily add more rooms that way. Rooms that could easily be as big as a house.. don't see why there has to be a basement and 1st floor...
