Can we have both Victory Poses for both genders?

Just a simple ask I feel - I'd like to be able to flip my hair as a male RDM or pop my collar as a female RDM! Let me have both on all jobs!

This is a great idea! I'd also like to add that it'd be awesome if we could get the job /cpose stances for both genders. I especially want female Dragoons to be able to do the Kain Highwind stance, because it's awesome.

As long as the moves are limited to the ones that can be used for both genders its fine with me... cuss some of these moves are definately not meant to be male or female without making the game weird AF
