Leviling mining

You need to turn on collectables which is like a stance, nothing will light up. Then you need to do the rotation which is easily found for your stats if you google it.

If you unlocked collectables but nothing shows up on your bar just open the actions tab and drag drop them down. They don't just appear when you unlock it.

If I follow the link you gave, there's a numbers at the bottom. If I go to Ariyala's and pick "Disciples of the Land" and pick gear (I'm picking i290-i300 stuff), there's no numbers at bottom except 400 for GP. If I add materia, the blank boxes at bottom change to be the sum of the material I've added. I'm super confused.

If you are clicking on the circles that is only marking the item. Click by the item name so it highlights. This will be the gear you have selected. The marks throw me off as well.

The problem I've been having with Ariyala's is that the numbers displayed are incorrect. I have checked it against multiple gear sets I have in game and it's always off by about 10-15. Not sure what that's about but it's a huge pain.

Have you changed the race at the bottom? That can skew results from what you are seeing in game. If that is not it then I'm not entirely sure what might be causing it. I haven't seen any differences on the sets I have checked.

Did in 2.x. Main stats like STR and INT counted on some L50 nodes. As a keeper I had to meld STR, not much though. Low level in 3.x often had an elemental component that neded a meld.

So with no melding at all, the new augmented yellow script set puts one at 1264 gather, 1196 perception and 676 gp. I guess melding to the belt will put you over the perception requirement.

So I guess if overmelding is out of the price range, you are looking at a long long yellow scrip grind.
