To me, who lives in Drummondville, Québec, Canada, in the GMT-5h zone, this would be 10 o'clock AM. I'm always 14 hours earlier than in Tokyo... that is, unless they don't apply DSL like we do in Québec. And if that is the case, from March to November, this will be 11 o'clock AM instead.
