    No they didn't. LL only stated 'Late January' which people surmised to be Jan 30th as it's the last Tuesday of that month.

    With the consideration that we don't have the trailer yet, which will likely be released at the start of the LL on Friday, the 23rd would be very odd to release the patch. Since it's slated for "Late January" and patches are only released on Tuesdays the only logical date remaining is the 30th. It's not 100% but at this point you can be 99% sure the release date is the 30th.

    23rd is also too close to live letter so 30th again like other people said makes the logical sense and looking at SE past of stating late anything means literally the last few days of the month.
