can we please have a 'disable combat music' option?

there are some dungeons that I just love to sink into. The arboretum being my absolute favorite. but the default combat music just kills the vibe for me every time.

I feel we would all benefit greatly from this kind of option.

+1, also would be nice to be able to disable FATE music that kicks-in even if you just passing through FATE area interupting ambient music

^that, and ^^that. One of my few gripes with this games soundtrack is the constant repetition of some themes, primarily the regular battle music.

It would be nice if they separated battle music and cut scene music. The first wedding I attended I was thinking "wow they are really staring at each other for a long time" before realizing that there is probably music playing that I had turned off that made it more interesting and emotional.

In sound options under config you have "Play music when mounted" with a checkbox.


Anyway, what I want is an option to mute perform music and macro sounds.
Until this is done I'll continue to play this game muted.

Yarp. Battle music vs ambient music should be two separate things. Some of hte dungeon music is really nice, and the old (and frankly tired) battle music interrupts the feeling.
