Insane Lag - Behemoth

Trying to run World of Darkness and almost everyone is complaining about the insane lag (I am experiencing this too).

Is there something going on? What could be causing this? It's becoming more and more frequent in the past week or so.

Update:

We wiped on the first boss repeatedly and had to vote abandon. People we dying in droves from the lag.

Getting really bad lag on Malboro today to. Ran tracert and don't see one problem anywhere. Highest ping was 32,34,32 at last location. Rest was below 24. Makes me think if its not a route problem must be some type of ddos attack again.
