    I assume its received by mail, I haven't checked. If it is, the problem could be that your mail is full and as a result it wouldn't appear till the old stuff was cleared out.

    It does come in the mail.

    You should submit a ticket. If you were supposed to be eligible and didn't get it, only SE can fix that. If you weren't eligible for some reason, they'd have the information to say why.

    If you've had a continuous sub with no breaks and no payment issues, you *should* have gotten it already.
