More like the death rate...
Seriously, we already have healers emoting instead of throwing out damage, let's not give BRD's their own little tool to be unproductive.
Also most people playing these things butcher the songs, just stop!

Sorry, don't mind me, just gonna leave this here. No real reason. Just think this is a good spot for it.

Well in it'S infinite wisdom, SE forgot to give us an option to turn others performs off without affecting other game sounds. So yes, no fun allowed until I can mute all our lil rockstars that sound like they're murdering a cat instead of playing music. Once that option comes, I won't care what you play or how well you play it.
Bards who want to be unproductive WILL be unproductive, regardless of whether they're able to use Perform inside instances. Just like how bad Bards with low DPS are still going to do low DPS! Perform has nothing to do with it. In fact, if you see a Bard performing in the middle of the fight when they should be DPSing, it's like a signal you can use to see if you should kick them or not. You don't get that kind of signal with Bards who silently do low DPS and/or aren't taking the fight seriously, unless you use parsers.
So I still don't see why Perform should be disabled in instance. Especially pre-made parties. And if you STILL want to stress this pointless, stubborn argument, just make it so that Perform can't be used during combat. "Oh, but then... uh, what if the Bard just decides to play songs instead of coming with the group?" Uhm, I dunno? Same as a tank who decides to AFK for no reason? Talk to them politely and if they still keep it up, kick them? Like... hello?

To be fair, in this situation, there would be no argument if they never made Perform usable in instances. Just saying.Especially pre-made parties. ♥ Baby, tell me, what's your motive? ♥
