Party member "stuck" on my screen only

While partying around Nophica's Wells tonight, one of my members failed to dismount from his Chocobo--though his chocobo itself took leave. This isn't the first time I've ever seen such a glitch. What was different this time, though, was that on my screen he never moved, casted, or anything. After asking my party if he was afk, I was told he was running around and doing his job. His name was also stuck through his heart.

It started sometime between 19:00EST and 20:00, and it is now 20:51 and still hasn't fixed itself.
