While I do recognize the f-word is the most versatile word in the English language and can have a variation of it used for almost every word of a sentence and still have said sentence be intelligible, you can express yourself without it. SE isn't a US government agency. They aren't bound by the 1st amendment and can set speech limitations while using their services.

Or save some effort and don't take the extra time to write out profanity that might get a report made on you. Whose to say the person making the report didn't have the filter on?

You know what's funny? I could go around saying ???? all the time, so I will get reported for that too? That guy mostlikely didn't have the filter on at all, because if he was, why did he get offended?

Also 1 more thing, someone got a warning on their account because they asked a person to please call out Hunts so the community can participate. That's also very amazing.

IMO, it depends on how that person went about asking that favor. If they told you about it after the fact, then it's hearsay. They could have very easily left out major details in regards to their own words and actions in order to get sympathy from you, happens all the time, so I can't say that I believe this happened as you say it did.

If you typed out a word that got converted to question marks, you didn't type out question marks.

As far as this "someone" getting a warning for asking someone to call out hunts, without seeing the exchange I can only assume it wasn't as innocent of a request as you suggest with a warning being issued.

If you just type out question marks and end up reported, you won't be actioned against anyway. So there's no real point you're making here, to be frank.
