    Garlean Hierarchy / Naming -- "bas"

    In the Rabanastre quests, both Ramza and Alma have the Garlean title of "bas" which I cannot find anywhere. The official lore book has a "ban" title for ordinary folk, which would make sense, but it definitely says "ban" in the book and "bas" in game. What does "bas" mean?

    That's strange; both of my lore books say bas (lower citizen) is above aan (non-citizen).

    The majority of citizens bear the “Bas” title, and there is a smaller group which appears to be comprised of respected artisans who have adopted the “Cen” title.

    Has anyone been in the Gubal Library lately? Looking around the 'net, there's discussion that uses "ban" based on the text from that dungeon. Maybe that was a typo and now they're going with "bas"?

    Thank you! I actually found the answer and I feel dumb now. When I did a OF wise search of the English Lore section, nothing came up, so I made this post. But then when I did a search just in the encyclopedia errata thread -- bam! It's "ban" in gubal library, but "bas" is correct.

    Feel so dumb. First OF post and I mess it up. Pls forgive. :x
