Now i understand some might consider botany to be the farmer profession but hear me out.

There are people within the game who would love to have a profession that deals exclusively with growing plants and methods to manipulate its growth the core fundamental of this class would be the ability to improve an ingredient that enhance crafting of items.

Adding a option to alchemist to craft specialised potions that during the crafting process of say a weapon could add enhanced status effects that reduce the resistance of an elemental type to an enemy and in the case of armour increase the resistance to elemental types.

The thing that would separate farming and botany is farming would take place mostly in a greenhouse or a housing plot to grow crops or better versions of a crop wile botany is about gathering the seeds for the farmers themselves.
