Me too saw some of them, skipping isn't anything bad.

I'm just a bit sad, even I told more times what my point was, to see still people attaching to the initial misunderstanding and ignoring my posts, just to write down what their interpretation of the op was, and how I am an enemy of humanity, hater of jumping potions, and why not, a follower of false gods.

Jump potions and the streamlining of class to job progression was kind of depressing for me. I only started playing a little under a year ago and enjoyed an experience that required you put some effort in. The requirement to level a second class to 15 to unlock your desired job was pretty cool because it made you go out and become familiar with another class. You had to play through ARR and got to experience the story, and arriving at the end you felt like you'd really been through an adventure. Now you can just skip through two years of story and spend a few days grinding to 70.

I really hope jump potions are the end of it.

Most of the player base, if not all of us, completely understand that jump potion is indeed a “want”, and not a “need”.

Also the addition of jump potion has previously been discussed and argued in length, so I am sorry to say I failed to grasp the intention of op’s post.

You're being a little bit too extra here, honey.

Fact of the matter is, you know the ins and outs of the game as is, so of course it would be easier and faster for you to do it. Four hours and 1 day of play time is all well and good, but how much time did you spend IRL doing that? Did you literally sit there for 1 day and four hours doing this or did you spread it out among short bursts for a week? Or a month? See, that's where it matters. If we took it into perspective, you could have played for 50 minutes a day, over an entire month, or six hours a day for a week. We don't know this and to be honest, it isn't a realistic expectation unless you're a hardcore gamer.

You cannot delete the original post, only edit it out to be blank (but with people having quoted it, will still be findable). As a result, I don't believe she can delete it, unless I'm taking your words a little too literally.

This game is interesting because of the storyline. And while being forced to follow the red thread at all times, it is there to build up the story for you and everything around it.

Lots of people would disagree with that. I'm not one of them, I think the story is great. But those people exist and their subscription money is just as valid to SE.
