[LFM] Raiding FC is recruiting members

We seek like-minded players for current raids, old content, and crafting.

Your age does not matter, but your maturity does. Are you reliable and consistent? Do you value mutual respect, camaraderie, and humor? We’d like to connect with players who are looking for lasting friendship. We wish to spend time with considerate gamers who always think about seven other players in the party.

I consider it my responsibility to provide a pleasant and safe environment. Bigotry, chauvinism, and negativity will never be tolerated. I hope you understand the importance I place in this matter.

FC information: Rank 8 and Allied with the Immortal Flames. Medium house in the Mist, plot one of the first ward. Company workshop available.
FC buffs: Two buffs 24/7. Currently Meat and Mead II and the Heat of Battle II.
FC projects: We are using airships and submarines to generate shared income. You can participate in FC projects to share gil.

Requirements: Fluent English, Discord voice chat, sensible etiquette, and positive attitude. Raid food is mandatory; infusions will be required later in farming and optimization. You are expected to study guides and timestamps in advance.
As we enter the second week of patch 4,2, I expect you to have the new Byakko weapon.

Progression — Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 21:00 to 23:00 UTC+9 [tentative]
Post-progression — Tuesdays from 21:00 to 23:00 UTC +9

Raid doctrine: Elemental datacenter strategy

Open roles: MT(DRK/WAR), two healers, melee DPS(DRG/NIN/SAM), ranged physical DPS(BRD/MCH).
