Need Help Gearing my 4 retainers who just hit 70

My whm,blm, min and bot retainers jsut hit 70.

So now I need to upgrade and re-equip them, and I'm wondering the what is the most affordable way to do this, as well as the best way to utilize retainer ventures at 70.

For WHM and Blm, what gear level do I need to shoot for? Is there a benefit to being above what the gear requirement is? Can I get the adequate gear level from npc vendors, and if so, which ones?

At 70, are there certain ventures that I should be shooting for,if I'm not specifically going after a certain item? I'm basically jsut trying to make them as profitable as possible since I never seem to have a shortage of ventures due to my hunts and bst quests.

For Min and Bot, what gathering level do I need to get to, and does it just need to be the level required? Can I get this stuff from npc as well?

Aside from stockpiling materials for leveling my other crafts from 60 to 70, which items or ventures are best at 70.

for DoW/DoM just give them your old equipment, but generally the higher the item level the rarer items they can bring back from ventures. Min/Bot retainers it will tell you the min gathering reqs for running ventures. but the same rule applies, the higher your gathering/ilvl either thru equipment or melds the rarer items they can bring back. when you log for the night send them out for the highest 18hr venture they can do. Check marketboard send out retainers for what sells, or just use your ventures on quick ventures.
