How to report people cause of bot ?

hey,so here the story,i tag my expert,i see its already 46 min,in enter in,go to the last boss.
Already, i see a conjurer instead of a whitemage,i ask him what happenend ? he answer "25k" i dont get btu we proceed to fight the boss, and there i see take the agro of the boss, i look at the tank, and thats where i see the problem,he is spamming Aoe spell and halone rage ,not ine combo, just spell, and his CD activate instantly everytime they are up.

Then the healer, the healer don't move, use only cure, don't dodge aoe,=> i saw the same type of move when i was with my squadron.

I say the the other DD,"no point trying anything you are with 2 bots"
he answer me "thats why, been taking some time to accomplish anything in here"

and weirdly, after i said they were bot,the healer say "au revoir" and i get kick.

so since they are from a different server,i can only blacklist them, any idea how to do it ?

PS:its a bit sad that now you see people using bot to do stuff in dungeon

In all honesty, I wouldn't be too sure those guys were even using bots. They could've just been trolls (The healer not having a job equipped is a good indicator, and in all seriousness, you shouldn't even be allowed to queue for dungeons past 30 as a class).

If you did want to try reporting them, supposedly the best method of doing this is going to the Lodestone main page, click help and support in the top right, then click "Report Offending Players" in the bottom right on the following page.

The support team has proven itself to be notoriously inept at actually doing anything about cheaters, though, so you'd almost certainly be wasting your time. I've reported the same few gathering bots on my server about six times over the course of a year and they're still around.

between poor play, and a PLD that is only using total eclipse for the WHOLE fight, losing the aggro and end up killing party member.

And yeah sorry, they are not bot, thats an insult to bot, even the squadron do better.

In the future, I'd strongly suggest against ever openly calling someone out for botting or cheating.

The reason is that it's far easier for them to make you look like the bad guy in a situation like this due the GMs seemingly having extremely limited methods of detecting botting/cheating, but easily being able to look at chat logs and such. They could report you for harassment by saying that you're slandering them, and it's way more likely you'll get punished then them even if they're botting/cheating almost constantly.

I hate bots just as much as you, but it's best to be discreet about it. If I do bring up that someone is obviously botting/cheating, it's always in a channel where the individuals in question have no chance of hearing me. If I suspect someone in a party is botting, I cite their mediocre play and/or unresponsiveness as the reason to kick them, because I know from experience that bots are often not truly AFK and their owners are instead just tabbed out playing a different character/game, and it's easy enough to set up alerts that will go off if someone so much as mentions your name in a chat channel.
