QoL suggestion: Waymarks use identification

In 24-man alliance content we get a chat notification if someone marks players with numbers or symbols.

This needs to be done to Waymarks as well that are positioned on the ground. This would prevent anonymous harassment by removing/missplacing said markers intentionally.

Reason for my post is that on 11th January it caused a wipe on Rofocale due to the add phase lock-out/lock-in mechanic. Someone removed the markers during the whole run, and nearly caused a wipe on Hashmal as well with Sand Orbs. The only way it was prevented was that some players fought against the removal by constantly replacing the markers until the removal stopped.

I'll second this. o/ I've had similar issues in 24-man runs.
