Would it not have made more sense to: Make Cutscenes manditory, if and only if, there is a new player in the party? I can safely say my friends and I refuse to run the MSQ roulette now as 200 poetics aren't worth a mandatory 45 min dungeon. Take it back down to 100 poetics with a bonus for a new player, but make it so if someone is not new, we can speed run it at will.

I whole-heartedly agree with this suggestion. Although, the XP bonus for non-70 classes has been pretty amazing (Lv67 PLD...3.5mil XP).
