Healers that don't give healers commendations?

Every time I do a trial or raid.I always give my com to the other healer. I don't expect anything sometimes I get one and sometimes I don't but I was just wondering why don't you give your com to the other healer? if so.Who do you give it to?and why Is it some form of competition or jelousy to see if your healing/dpsing better than they are? Just curious.

I give it to the person I feel deserves it. Or I'm rushing out and forgot to give one at all.

This realy, I give it to the player that gives me the impression, that they are contributing the most to the group. Another way to get commendation from me is if you are a social player and interact with others. I remember giving this healer a commendation, because he was funny, talked with me about certain shows. He did not do any DPS, but I liked how social he was, so he got my commendation.

I also remember one time on my RDM, I saved the group via ress, I did the most damage (the other DPS died alot), when the healer needed help, I healed aswell and I helped the healer regain her mana. At the end of the run, I got 0 commendation. This is the nature of the game, even if you are the best in the group, it does not mean you will get anything. When it comes to commendation, I hope to receive atleast one, but I expect none.

When a RDM helped me (a 1st run WHM) with mana, tips and some vercures when the tank overpulled, I made sure to comm him. And I never forgot how pleasant was that run, to the point I want - as RDM - to act like him.

To me, if some DPS helps me to heal (with mitigations, raises or even heal spells if he haves), he gets his comm. If someone is stopped to help some sprout? Comm. He standed out as how good he was (like that WAR that in the end soloed the boss)? Comm.

I only give it out to players I believe deserve it (...) But if you're just doing your job, then nah, lol.

actually this - idk genders or roles. its all about teamwork & chemistry... just doing the job isn't fairly enough, the ones who surprises me or stand out in a positiv way will get it. sometimes I leave without giving a com on purpose tho... but those runs are rarity ^^ (sometimes im sad that I can't give a com in random-farm pfs as well... q.q)

1. Whoever deserves it based on skill/playstyle
If someone clearly and obviously played really well. This can be any job, I don't care.

2. Whoever made the run enjoyable
If someone was extremely helpful to the 1 new person in Praetorium, if someone made some jokes to get people to ease up and talk. If someone did something that is not game-skill-related but still elevated the experience of said instance somehow.
#2 can become #1 if the person's personality was THAT amazing.

3. Tank, provided they didn't suck
If no one was demonstratively good or better (maybe everyone was good!), no one was enjoyable or everyone was enjoyable - basically if #1 and #2 can't apply.
Then a tank as long as they did at least "ok". Just as a thank you to the queue time

4. Healer, if the tank sucked and the healer didn't suck.
So if #1-#3 don't apply, then a healer. If the healer did an "ok" job (not "great", just ok) then that's the comm. Once again thanking for the queue time.

4. DPS, if they didn't suck
If #1-#4 aren't applied, then I look at the "ok DPS". If I can't pick a DPS then it's a random one.

5. No one
If everyone sucked and no one made any attempts to make the run enjoyable in any way, then I don't comm

6. I forgot
Sometimes I just forget to comm or people leave before I remember to!

That is my priority order. I'm not going to comm another healer just because I also play a healer. It's not about competition or jealousy, it's that I want to give any great player a chance to earn my comm.

Because I don't notice it. My attention span just doesn't work like that. I barely ever notice what people look like, what bosses look like, everyone might as well be blobs. I don't even notice how I look until I decide I actually want to look at how I look (and goshdarn you healer verity gear for making me look like a crazy hobo who's about to claim aliens have taken over the GC leadership)

^ Same. But if no one stands out to me I give it to one of the tanks or a miqo'te if the tanks aren't good.

Generally if no one stands out as great I do the following:-

I play tank com > healer
I play healer com > tank
I play dps com > other dps
