It would be like the disgaea or white knight chronicles rebirth/reincarnation system. You start over from level 1, but in doing so you get added bonus points you get to allocate to your base stats. That way, if you invested a lot of time into your character, you would see a difference between a lvl 70 100 hour character and a lvl 70 500 hour character. I mean, they already have the system in it "kinda". remember the old stat bonus allocation we had?
Why not add item world and character world from Disgaea too for some crazy stat tomfoolery, Resetting the levels would be a nice option, I enjoy levelling but hate the gear grind.
