It's not a matter of it being "OK" or "not OK". Again, I repeat, I'm not even against adding ideas from XI, or other games. I'm also pretty glad that they did start taking up some stuff from XI, like XP chains.

In fact, there are plenty of stuff from other games I'd love to see here, including from XI. For example, a XI-style Blue Mage would make me instantly main it and never look back. A few dungeons with plenty of stuff to interact with, like some of XI's, wouldn't hurt too.

What I AM against is the prevalent mindset some people have here that SE *HAS* to *STAIGHT UP COPY* up XI or whatever other game to be succesful, offering little more reasons other than "It worked there" or "look at XIV, it sucks!".

If someone comes up here and post about WoW-like dungeon finder, or make the game fully voiced because SWOTOR is fully voiced, my reaction would be the exact same.
