    I think this would be a great Idea, but ONLY for fighting Beastmen and Garleans.

    Like a a means of setting yourself to active duty wherein your company recognizes your efforts against the enemy and rewards you as such.

    This is NOT something you should get for killing random Mobs in the field.

    Agree that it should be limited to stronghold monsters, they could also have dungeons bosses give out seals on death.
