For anybody who doesn't know what a Signet is, myself included:

Signet is a a beneficial Status Effect that allows the acquisition of Conquest Points and Crystals from defeated enemies that grant Experience Points. The signet effect can be obtained from any Conquest Overseer

Saying this, that would be a great addition! Experience Points in exchange to something good, like these Conquest Points that can be converted in anything the Grand Company has in offer, like Seals (like 1'000 Conquest Points = 10 Company Seals, or higher depending on how hard Conquest Points are obtained).
