We would like to thank you for your continued patience with this problem. We are still looking into the issue of latency and disconnections from the North American Data Center. Unfortunately, the problems have not subsided, but rest assured that we are still collecting data from players and are escalating that information daily to be investigated. Additionally, we have been contacting customers individually for information that we cannot discuss in a public setting. If you receive an email to the address associated with your Square Enix account, please respond as soon as possible as this information is valuable to our investigation.
If you have not posted a trace route to this thread, please do so, preferably at the times of the day you would normally receive latency/disconnection errors. Again, we thank you for your understanding and we hope we can resolve this issue quickly.
