Regarding Reports on Recent Connection Problems with the NA Data Center

I've been having issues with this for months as well, wanna say since patch 4.1.
My ISP is Comcast and I live on the east coast. The connection issues and lag starts happening around 8pm est and lasts until around 1-2am for me.

I get something very similar, at almost the same times with the same isp. According to comcast the issues are on the ntt network, or later so there is nothing they can do.
