    Same as everyone else, Arizona with Cox as my ISP. Was mystified as none of my friends have had any issues with the game, but on my end everyone rubberbands like crazy. I am glad I found this thread because now I know it isn't just me. My issues are tied to the same hops and arise like clockwork every day around 7pm. If you guys still need more information shoot me an email and I will provide my input. Thanks.

    Same issue. Same time period. Same location.

    Talking with Cox gets you nowhere. They almost wanted to send someone out to my residence to inspect the issue... no thanks! Be careful if they try to send someone, they will most likely charge you a 50 dollar service fee, and this is an issue that cannot be fixed by a technician coming to your residence.

    I was able to play all last night without issues but now I'm unable to stay connected. Started full disconnects at 11:55 AM PST 12/23/17.

    Did you guys in SE change something again? Error codes 90002 and unable to connect to the server lobby now.

    I am still experiencing this issue. Still seeing 10-20% packet loss during late evening hours.

    Yes, I'm still having the issue. Evening hours and mean lag spikes. It's so bad that I don't even raid much anymore during the evening.

    I mean, I still have this issue. I'm not with Cox ISP though. My ISP is Sky. Nothing has changed since the 4.06a patch almost 4 months ago. Plenty of rubber-banding still going on no matter what I'm doing in-game.
