    90002

    teleported to quarrymill for PotD and as soon as i did was disconnected from game and each time i try to log in i get 90002 and booted immediately. Called SE support and they saidt it isnt an error on their end and my internet is unstable. my other 7 characters have no issues logging in or traveling to quarrymill. Customer service refused totransfer me to a supervisor as i felt theindividual i was speaking to didn't understand the issue and then quoted me word for word their policy on credit refunds for services not received. Feeling like the individual i spoke with refused me the service i need in favor of their own metrics in the workplace. My internet subscription and service has not changed and been the same since i started playing the game, i've lived here since release and am extremely disapointed in SE customer service. She said i have to wait for the problem to "fix itself".

    I do apologize for the poor customer service you received. We strive to improve our customer service at every opportunity. Let's see how we can help you here on the forums. First, I will need some additional information from you.

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which disconnect occurs
    - Where you are booted to after disconnect (Desktop, Start Screen, Character Select)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

    Additionally, you can no longer log in with that character now, correct? But your others are fine? Are they all on the same server, or is the problem character on a separate world than the others?
