Not sure how to go from ironworks. I started with i290 bare minimum stats 1321/1221 (with NQ miso soup) made 3 pieces i320 NQ: ALC primary tool, pants and head piece. From there I have enough (1400+) to get 20k quality and an 8k starting quality from aethersands.
