Housing item to craft for 4.2

Hi, which housing items do you think are the most wanted?
I'm trying to pill up mats to do some money at 4.2 launch but I've never really tapped into the housing section of crafting.

We don't have a list of what they'll be releasing so its impossible to say. Most furniture seems to require a hefty amount of wood and ingots so I'd stock up on those. I'd also be willing to bet most of the mats needed will be lv 65+ if not lv 68+. Basically look at what was released in 3.2 and extrapolate the level of mats you'd need for the equivalent things in 4.2...but its all guesswork for now.

Submarines will also be releasing, if they're anything like airships they're require a metric ^&(*tonne of lumber and GC mats.

I'd say Paper Partitions, Troupe Stages, Mounted Boxshelf, and Imitation Windows will be a safe bet.

Wall planters/planter partitions/imitation windows/those bookshelves from gubal/aquariums/frames.

You could also stockpile items (wood and ingots) to get a headstart and prepare for any eventual new furniture items, though obviously it is impossible to know for sure which items exactly you should place bets on.
