Novice Network suggestion

I would like to suggest that Novice network get a true moderator to help with issues that some servers are having with it becoming a toxic environment rather than a place for new players to get advice. On Exodus for instance we have a serious issue with a server troll trying to monopolize the channel and he constantly comes back on different characters if a mentor kicks him. He is driving legitimate new players out of the channel and ruining it for its true purpose.

Unfortunately the GMs have already taken a relatively hands-off approach to the NN. They expect self regulation (and probably expected too much of us in this case) and all you can really do is keep kicking the trolls and reporting them. It's crappy but that's how it is for now :/
