...sorry, I know I'm being rude and sarcastic, but I couldn't resist.
All business organizations are greedy, and rightfully so, as their main objective is to earn money. Just don't try to pretend that they aren't. If your responds in this thread isn't the textbook definition of white knighting, I don't know what is.
Let me put it this way, consider the basic glamour to the act of charging a phone. Basic functionality, yes? Now let's say the customer is requesting for fast charging or wireless charging. That's an additional feature, which usually comes with an additional price tag. I believe most people will agree with it, or simply skip it if they have no use for it. Some might argue that if it's an industry standard to have said feature when the product cost falls within a certain price range, then it should be included without any additional cost, but let's just ignore that for the sake of simplicity. This additional feature is equivalent to glamour wardrobe (commode), isolated glamour overlay (ensembles) and kupo store glamour.
Still with me? Good. Now when you're questioning other player's reasoning when they disagree to paying more money in order to unlock job restrictions for existing glamours, that's akin to saying customer should pay extra for an "additional" (lol) feature where the phone's (already existing) LED indicator will turn a different color (or any other method using already existing hardware/software combination) to notify you that your phone is fully charged, which is a basic feature that should already be included in the first place.
Sure, attempting to throw money might get SE's attention to change the issue, but where will the bottom line be? If one day we have to pay ten cent for every single time we summon the retainer, are you still going to say that it's fine because you have pocket cash to blow on the game and that the monthly sub is simply for you to access the game? Am I being ridiculous? Sure hell I am! But that's about the same as what your past couple post sounds (imo) with some healthy serving of exaggeration and sarcasm.
TL;DR: if you're ordering a burger takeaway from a restaurant and all they give you is a piece of tissue to hold the burger, you reserve all rights to request for a simple paper wrapper/box to contain the burger and a bag to carry the burger in without paying extra for it.
But I'm sure we won't be able to see eye to eye, so let's just simply agree to disagree. I'll bid thee farewell, Sir-Krotoan.
