Question regarding PS4/PC versions of FFXIV.

I bought and have been playing FFXIV on the PS4, and I want to be able to also play the same account on my PC.

Do I need to buy the whole game a second time for PC or is there some way I haven't found yet to get the game for free since I've already bought it for the PS4?

how is that crappy you need a license for each version of the game.

As many have stated already, you can play on PC as well, but it will require that you purchase that version of the game. Just make sure to register it to your existing service account as opposed to a new one so you can use the same characters.
