Lv 45 SCH quest

so I threw away the pants a while ago to manage inventory space, and can't complete the quest without them, I've checked with the calamity salvager to no avail, as it seems you have to complete the quest for him to have them.
is there any other way to obtain the pants or have I just ruined my chance at getting the SCH quests done?

I'm sorry...but the last time I did a job quest....and I've done quite a few of them...they didn't require...pants....and usually items that are that "critical" are "key-items" - and have failsafes where you can redo if you lose said item.

Your talking about armor/gear right?

Why not just get something sufficient to push you through the quest?

If I'm sounding ignorant...that's because I've not done scholar yet.

Seems to indicate its more of a "trial by fire" (as in survive and do the job) and less.....bring your pants. <snickers>

the quest is "in the image of ancients" and Alka Zolka wants to see you in all the clothes at the end of the quest to complete it, but I threw away one part of the clothes.

Can you name the item in particular that you are missing?

IF that's the case...you should be able to get them back via the salvagers.

If your not able to pick it up there - you need to file a bug report.

Others it seems have had this issue in slightly similar cases. SE should be able to help you...hopefully.

Is the quest lit green check mark? If it is, you have it somewhere (maybe in armoury chest). If not, usually I either go back to the NPC (pants from weaver guildmaster) or abandon and redo the quest.

the quest has the red lock on it, and I can't abandon the quest, I did fill out a bug report, but I'm going to check with the weaver's guild now.

Glad it was a misunderstanding as opposed to a glitch/human error lol.
