You're gonna have to define "End Game," because most of the things listed here so far wouldn't typically qualify.

The mechanics itself and the challenge savage content and raids bring is what piques my interest to 1000. The only unfortunate part is looking for a group of like minded individuals such as myself. Ones who are patient and willing to teach, because truthfully, I'm not all about toxicity, as it's quite contagious. That's coming from a league player lol.

Ultimately it comes down to 'You do you.' If Savage interests you, try it. If it doesn't, then don't. If you're worried about toxicity in groups, start your own. I don't raid myself, because of time restraints, but as a mod for a prominent XIV streamer I started a weekly event in the channel where we hold a vote and on Friday nights for about 3 hours we run the content that was voted on.

We encourage newcomers to come in, learn and get clears without the fear of toxicity and encourage people to just get in there. So-far it's been very successful, we've had a good number of O1S clears with people who have never raided and we've gotten O2S to 2% before enrage all with people who have never raided before. There are ways to avoid the toxicity, remember this is a game... When you play it, what you do when you play it and who you play with is entirely up to you.

You will find it in any group doing Savage content, for any reason. It won't be everybody, but always around. You'll have to work hard to find a group you get along with or just get lucky. The biggest barrier I see in start-ups for Static groups is everyone's different levels of patience. Some groups progress quickly, others can take weeks or months to clear 1 trial.

I would add minions, mounts, titles and achievements to that list. It would be nice to have special achievements for end game content, like for beating content during it's release patch or completing it in a different way. "Deafeat Shinryu ex without Akh Morn targeting a tank job" or similar challenges would be fun to try.

I believe it's generally accepted/expected that those fall under the glamour umbrella, yeah.

They did mention giving us FFXI-esque Job Emotes for doing certain kinds of achievements (i.e., clearing Aurum Vale 100 times) in a future patch, so maybe one day.

That would only be true if you HAD to do it synced down to the minimum requirements to enter it. Clearing it 100 times wouldn't be that hard honestly as the system sits.
