Tonight I noticed I did dun scaith I got no credit for it but the box was darkened. Then after a couple trials for relics(arr) more started to darkened yet I never did them...

Did you use retry points at any point?

And just incase, you do know you can only get credit for doing a specific thing(dun scaith, lvl 1-49 dungeon, etc) once per book unless you use a retry point on it right(using retry resets something you already did, and blocks out a random one you havent done yet)?

You have to do content for spaces that are not darkened. After completion, the space will light up and have a flashing arrow. Then you click it to get a sticker and darken the space.

If you want to get credit for the same space multiple times, you have to Second Chance > Retry to undarken the space first. This will simultaneously darken a random space so that the number of stickers is always equal to the number of darkened spaces.

Also make sure your book hasn't expired? They are good for about a week, then you get nothing for turning it in and no progress completion on your current book.
