My best friend got a couple of these when we played WoW. It was pretty easy to do. Dress up in the gear you want to be shown in, log out, visit Figure Prints and go through the process. Would love to see that here too.

The figures back then didn't have the most vibrant colors due to how they were made, but they were clearly recognizable as the character in question. It was honestly super cool to be able to get one of your own character. I'd love to see it here too. Kinda surprised more games didn't go for it.

Unlike the other people, I would like to know the quality before I smash 199 on this, well even if good quality I wouldn't smash 199 on it.

I have once bought some of those figure thingies in a game shop ... worst thing I ever bought Had to shelve 149 and was just a low quality piece of plastic.

Back in 2011 I got the Collectors Edition of SW:TOR and the statue that was in that box was acceptable quality, it also had a pretty heavy sturdy weight to stand on. Something like that I would consider ... for the right price.

But if it's just going to be some small plastic thing that costs a fortune, no thanks.

They typically use 3d printing. It's in no way practical to do a factory mould style production (like what you'd see on CE statues) for something you're making one of.

I've thought about this before too, being able to get a figurine of our character ;w;
That would be a dream come true. Though I imagine it'd be very expensive too.

Edit: I had no idea that this was in WoW O_O That means it's possible!

I would totally love this, but then I have so many forms, I'd need more money >.<

The idea is cool, but the statues look noticeably sandy and faded in a lot of the pictures, even recent ones. The busts look a bit nicer than the full body figures.
