    Maybe I should update this concept.

    I also had a concept for a ranged physical DPS that used bombs, although that might be fire damage rather than blunt damage.

    I haven't read all about your concept job class yet, Kazrah, but I love the idea already! I would definitely play a job class where I could rain destruction and chaos upon my enemies with bombs! Mentioning throwing bombs reminds me of the times I played the older game boy Zelda games. Hah, good times~

    1. Judge: Wields an imposing Magitek Hammer and wears intimidating Magitek Armor designed to give its user a clear field advantage in battle by springing forth various advanced magitek technology to both shield its allies amd decimate their enemies.

    2. Blue Mage: Wields a pair of magic crystal imbeded gloves designed for close range melee combat and a control/aether transferring system to their Puppet whom performs powerful techniques and spells to defeat enemies while the Blue Mage themselves support and fight alongisde it as a supporter.

    3. Rune Knight: Wields a pair of unique shields with runes carved into them. Deploys powerful magical barriers with shields for both defense and counterattacking. Can also perform minor healing/heal buffs.

    Sage: A true master of all the magic arts, it wields a variety of powerful offensive, healing, defensive and support spells equally as both the perfect balance and checkmate of all magical job classes. Wields no Weapons, but instead wears either a gem on its chest or a mask on its face to help control and perform powerful magic.

    4. Necromancer: A dark and powerful mage whom prefers the wielding of a deadly scythe than a staff, rapier or book. Absorbs aether into its scythe from defeated foes in order to summon temporal powerful voidsent bent by their singular will alone to perform a single task before dissipating and returning to the void. Necromancer is both a close and ranged based spellcaster whom fights with both scythe as a physical attacking weapon and summoned voidsent usually for ranged casting but sometimes for merely debuffs.

    The Scythe can manipulate aether to also help support allies by providing limited time buffs or to double the effects of already placed buffs while midigated debuffs and ailments.

    5. Beastmaster: A job class that channels their inner beast in a different way in comparison to their Warrior counterparts. By using their own bodies as the sole weapon of chose instead of an axe, the Beastmaster wears armor with sharp claws and fights much like the monsters and animals it has defeated in the past that its learned from, such as the Behemoth and Courel. They are a melee type dps. Think of the Beastmaster's appearance like Marvel's Black Panther.

    A Beast Master/Tamer with Whips as main hand weapon is also missing from the game. It could be like a physical dmg summoner. It fits so well in the Lore and the world of this game that I scratch my head why it isn't a thing yet. Also imagine all those Quistis cosplays. Perhaps the time will be right when we will visit the New World continent in 6.0 or beyond as it's going to be Wild West themed/inspired.

    Thanks! And yeah, for the cartoon bomb style, the Juggler concept I linked would be more up your alley. The other job concept I mentioned that uses explosives is more of a secret agent theme.

    As for the concepts you listed, that Judge one looks really good, especially when it brings a couple of more desirable elements like hammers and magitek. Interesting takes for Blue Mage, Beastmaster and that Rune Knight too. Kinda on the fence with the Necromancer idea given the thread going on for it right now, and Sage could probably do with toning back a bit (giving it a hard-defined role like DPS or healer would help with that).

    I'd love to throw mine out here too, but I've already posted four out of the 23 concepts I've made right here on these forums.

    I have had an idea for a Mystic Knight/ Rune Knight i would really enjoy seeing in game, though all i have is at best a very rough write up and visual concept made from mashed up ideas from past games and art.

    Mystic/ Rune Knight:

    Weapon: Scythe

    Medium armor: Shared with Dragoon

    Skills revolve around arpound a summoned pet that can be used for cretain attacks depending on stance.

    Melee Stance: Skills/ abilities used in melee stance are enhanced by summoned pet. This can be anything from skills used by the pet when weapon skills are used, to Auras that buff party members in area of effect around the caster. (Dragoon FXI)

    Harrying/ Sentinal Stance: Sends pet to attack eniemies while the MTK/RKT casts spells from afar. The pet in this situation uses skills/ abilities to as auto attacks to damage and debuff the enemy.

    The pet in this example cannot be killed however it's ability to damage eniemies is light and purposely relegated to only DoT capabilities.

    Attacks made by the MTK/RTK scythe can be used to quickly close the distance to the enemy, it's large weapon able to cause damage in large AoE cones or lines in front of the player.

    As for another ranged physical job, would not a crossbow work well enough? Paired pistols, Rifle with bayonet, throwing daggers, chakrams actually used to be in the game as a throwing weapon for Pugilist), ect...

    My hope is that Blue Mage gets paired swords or Whip swords (should it ever come to FFXIV), also Gun blade job i feel wold bring many to Tanking as Dark Knight did.

    A true support class would be awesome.

    A blue mage that has slotted abilities that allow it to change roles would be awesome.

    My personal class I would add? The Riskbreaker

    In my mind it would function like the Knight in FFT. It should be allowed to equip 1 handed swords and shields but have them different from PLD, and also be able to equip Great swords that are different from DRK.

    Instead of defensive mitigation, it would have all the "break" attacks to effect the different stat categories. You would be able to stack them, but stacking them too high decreases the duration and/or causes the enemy to reverse them entirely (use power break too much and the enemy gets DMG UP status).
