This. Silver and Gold players can go to hell. Even if bronze improve to higher rank (=learned), how long does it take when we'll see third party site calculating (read that: hogging) characters from lodestone or input from ACTs and start grouping by how fast they learn? This is the mob mentality, it doesn't matter what sort of rankings you have.

To add to this, let's just say we did have a system like that. Silver and Gold players get into a rhythm in Expert Roulettes, expect certain things to happen on their runs. Then they go out into doing the normal roulettes, where a majority of the Tales from the Duty Finder come from...it generally would not end well. In a way, we have this already between hardcore/midcore/casual, but it might just become a bit more pronounced with the system. We already have a contentious issue with parsing - the system would be subject to similar heated discussions.
