    Need help with account support :(

    Hey

    Probably not the right place for this but honestly getting a second..or a third opinion is better than waiting for support to replay to me one Email a day.

    First of all though I have something to ask before I even start getting into detail with my problem. Can anyone tell me what this form is for, what is the process they mention in the terms as support doesn't seam to know themselves by the sound of it.

    It's for if you put the game on one Square Enix account, but you actually meant to put it on another.

    Filling in that form should transfer the game and all characters on it from one SE account to another (although as it says on the form it'll take up to two weeks to do so)

    Thank you for the fast reply, Its good to know the form is what I thought it was for.
    I filled out this form last week but what support I got has been really unacceptable, I will explain the situation as shortly as possible.

    My younger brother has various mental problems but he has wanted to play this game for ages, so for Christmas I bought him the normal version of the game. It had to be the normal version as he gets kind of irritated knowing extra stuff is all over his account..learned the hard way with his PSN account. On top of that he has to use the same username for everything..if he can't he won't use the site no real way around it unfortunately.

    So before Christmas I made his account with his username he loves, unfortunately in a laps of judgment on my part I got it in my head I was making my account and registered my copy of the game and some redeemable codes I had on his account.
    Christmas comes and I see my mistake upsetting my brother begging me to fix it or he can't play. I filled out that form and hoped for the best that support would be understanding.

    The first Email I got from them looked good, they referred to me by name and asked for the reason why I wanted the game moved to my account I made a few days ago which has no service account.
    I explained in greater detail my mistake, my brothers problems and if possible could they also transfer the item codes I redeemed as well to my account.. then I waited.

    The second Email I got was less personal and honestly whoever replied is an idiot who doesn't know his job..this is what I got

    Dear Customer,

    Thank you for contacting the Square Enix Support Centre.

    Unfortunately, the outcome that you are describing is not one that is possible.

    In the Terms of the form that you agreed to you are advised that the service account, to which the game was mistakenly registered, will be permanently disabled. From what you are describing, this is not an outcome that you would like.

    In this particular case, it would seem best to continue with the current account names as these will be used to log in and the licenses on the account will be much less visible for anyone using the account.


    From this guys Email according to him the form to transfer stuff between accounts is pointless as it is impossible to do. according to him the form just disabled the service account forever, conveniently leaving out that it says in the terms that it is disabled during the process...

    So this guy is an idiot, looking at his Email he is not the same person who talked to me before and he never read my past Email on top of not knowing what the form even does as his explanation of it is wrong.

    What can i do ?
    I am very unhappy with the way I have been treated by this person, is there a number I can call or someone from support I can get in touch with ?
    Support was very friendly and knew what I was requesting until this moron took over, I have had better support from Sony and Microsoft.

    To reach our live chat support please follow the steps below.

    3. on the next screen click on "Contact".
    4. You will then need to select a category and sub category from the drop down menus.
